Problems Logging In?
URGH! I know how frustrating it can be and I'm sorry you're having issues. Here are some things that can help...
1. Forgotten Password
If you've forgotten your password, you can request a reset by clicking the 'reset password' link, circled in red. Or your can use the 'Snappy Login' circled in green.
Snappy Login
This will send you an email with a direct link to your dashboard. This bypasses the need to enter your login details so as long as you have access to your email account (and ask for the email to be sent to the same email you have registered with) you can go straight into your account. The Snappy Login link will only be valid for 15 mins, so you will need to request one each time you login.
2. Caching
Most login problems occur due to your browser cache.
Essentially that means that your computer is 'remembering' that you're logged out (even though you're logged in).
To solve the issue, all you need to do is clear your browser cache. It's fairly simple to do, if you google the name of your browser and 'clear cache' you'll get step by step instructions.
